Quote validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Availability and lead times are confirmed at the time of order.
Taxes
Quoted pricing excludes applicable taxes. HST is added at the rate in effect at the time of invoicing.
Payment
Payment by e-transfer, EFT or certified funds before goods are released. Net terms are available to approved trade accounts, subject to credit review.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery is quoted per order based on destination, volume and site access. Warehouse pickup by appointment is available free of charge.
Inspection & transit damage
Please inspect goods on receipt. Transit damage or units dead on arrival must be reported within 48 hours so we can arrange a resolution with the carrier or manufacturer.
Warranty
All products are new and carry the manufacturer's warranty. We can help with warranty registration and direct you to the correct service channel.
